my work is about the human being as a traveler; it is about people who leave their homeland to seek a better life somewhere else. But then the corona virus came and now I’m working at home making animations about the roots of the homeland who don’t want us to go.
This is my contribution to the Dutch printmaking magazine RAAM. RAAM asked several printmakers to contribute to this edition and share how the world during Covid-19 affected their way of working and the content of their work.
