I enjoyed a lovely vacation in the Baltic cities. At the busstation I was waiting for the bus to take me to the next city, to Riga. Full of joy and laughter and buying coffee for the road I suddenly noticed a group of people waiting for the bus the would bring them to Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. A woman was crying when the buss was driving away. Life’s contrast. Light and darkness that I have seen in all the three cities. As what I am always looking for in my printmaking.
